Description: "Elizabeth Kott and Stephanie Simbari have been coined "the Ab Fab of the new age” with good reason. Effortlessly merging pop culture and wellness, the ladies of That’s So Retrograde seek out their most authentic selves, one mistake — or mindful awakening — at a time, while graciously bringing their listeners along for the ride."
Some of my favorite episodes - Retrograde Reflection, A Pod for the Defense, TSR in Conversation: Ruthie Lindsey, Breath Werq and so many more

Some of my favorite episodes - Patagonia: Yvon Chouinard, Ben & Jerry's: Ben Cohen And Jerry Greenfield, and LÄRABAR: Lara Merriken
Description: "Over eight episodes, Ryan Weiss and Kelsey Patel take you on a journey from our struggles to our freedom. Even though it hurts, our pain is a great gift when we learn to be in right relationship with it. It’s not pretty but it’s worth it. This is why Break Up With Your BS exists. Meet Ryan Weiss, LifeCoach and Meditation Teacher and Kelsey Patel, Reiki Master and EFT Teacher. Together they get raw with the problems they face and then share the solutions and practices that have most impacted their lives and the thousands of clients they have supported over the years."
One of my favorite episodes - Episode 5: Waking Up with Ryan

One of my favorite episodes - EP. 78 FT. JENNA ZOE
Description: "Serial is a podcast from the creators of This American Life, hosted by Sarah Koenig. Serial tells one story — a true story — over the course of a season.
Why I love it - the whole first season was awesome, just started season 3 and already intrigued.
The Kevin & Bean Show - local LA pick
Description: "Bits and segments from The Kevin & Bean Show." It's a local Los Angeles morning show on KROQ 106.7 but edited for a podcast. They are generally 90 mins and it fills me in on current pop and LA stuff, they interview pretty interesting people, and I have just grown to love everyone on the show. That sounds so corny but it's true.
Why I love it - it's an M-F show so you can pick up or leave whenever!
Description: "A no-bullshit conversation about politics hosted by Jon Favreau, Jon Lovett, Dan Pfeiffer and Tommy Vietor that breaks down the week’s news and helps people figure out what matters and how to help."
Why I love it - life is crazy, this is a helpful way to stay informed.
